Everix Optical Filters, an ultrathin, shatter free, flexible manufacturer based in the Orlando Florida Area utilized our services to build and design manufacturing routings, quality management systems and lean applications to create flow. We also trained the on-site staff to utilize the routings to capture process level data and conduct on site Design of Experiments resulting in over 25% increases in yield.
Censys Technologies a manufacturer of remote sensing solutions for UAS service providers, enterprise organizations and government entities contracted our services to build a lean flow and increase capacity of the manufacturing line by 2X. We trained in house ~20 employees on lean principles including one piece flow and TAKT time. We developed a new manufacturing flow and implemented manufacturing systems (Andonix Smart Work Station) to capture data related to manufacturing performance.
Nohbo is a company under the Mark Cuban portfolio based in the Melbourne Florida area that manufactures proprietary Pods containing shampoos, conditioners and body washes. Well known for their appearance on ABC Shark Tank, we were contracted to help conduct a detailed Design of Experiment on their manufacturing process. We were able to identify the most impactful variables and create standard work along with control plans using Minitab Response Surface Designs. Within these Response Surface Designs, we were able to find the parameters resulting in maximum quality capability.
Boski Corporation originated at the height of the pandemic, designs and manufacturers unique Ultraviolent light rapid airfilters. We were hired to design and deploy an ISO 9001 Quality Management System for them which received certification from DNV-GL registrar in under 1 year. We were also able to reduce their supply chain costs by over 15% utilizing outsourcing methodologies and design systems to predict and reduce warranty risk.
Gridpoint Technologies a smart building technology company based in Roanoke Virginia contracted our services to work with them on a warranty program. We held sessions to conduct A3 Problem Solving identifying root causes related to the top 10 warranty issues. We predicted that we could reduce warranty risk by 20% or more through technology enablement. We then led project management for implementation of Salesforce Flows, knowledge management, communities, and upgrades for the UI interfaces to simplify and standardize troubleshooting of technical support issues.
